It has been so busy last week, I didn't have anything special planned for today. I think he might be thinking the same thing.
If you know me, you know that I keep my journal faithfully. I'm glad that I have kept a good record of almost everyday. I just took out my journal of when we were dating. I haven't read this journal for so long! I don't remember the details anymore, but this entry is written on the plane to Toronto when we were dating. I made a list of things that I like about him. There are 77 of them. Suddenly, I have a great plan for tonight! I glaced at the list, I'm saving it to read with my husband tonight.
I have exactly 6 hours before he comes home, so I should get working! (I've already made something fun for kids.)
Kozue, I am so happy to find your blog! I clicked over from Facebook. I think reading about other people's lives is so interesting, and even though we don't know one another well, I have always had a special fondness for Japan. I really hope I can go there someday. I'm looking forward to reading more about your lovely family, and about your Japanese culture. Lovely.
ReplyDeleteLiz, your comment made me so happy! I started writing for myself to look deeper into the different cultures. I understand that not all Japanese families celebrate holidays in traditional ways anymore, but I like learning about it as much as I can. I'll share what I found :) I enjoyed reading your blog too! Gorgeous pictures of the places you visit makes me want to learn more about them too!
